Month 1: 17 units (2.5 mg) – 1 mL monthly supply

Month 2: Weeks 5–8: 33 units (5 mg) – monthly supply

Month 3: Weeks 9–12: 50 units (7.5 mg) – monthly supply

Month 4: Weeks 13–16: 66 units (10 mg) – monthly supply

Month 5: 83 units (12.5 mg) – monthly supply

Month 6: 100 units (15 mg) – monthly supply

Typical RETATRUTIDE dosing schedule:
